Facebook Groups or Traffic Exchanges?

Thanks everyone for your input..... One reason that I like Facebook is because I do not have to surf for credits to be able to post .. or have to buy them... Still comparing the 2 thanks again

with face u need do it by yourself. exchange traffic do it automaticly

Facebook Groups - better. For the best results, you need to post everywhere

Both are perfect though the better results 4 me are traffic exchanges

I suggest you use a tracker and find out what gives you the best results. There are too many variables to say one way or the other.
