Well, it depends on what kind of person is doing prank and to what extent they are providing healthy pranks.
Some copy cats pranksters are there who are doing absolutely foolish things like any act which may give wrong message to our society.
It does not mean we should complain to ban all of them, because there are some other top level pranksters who know their limit and do what does not affect our society's thinking.
