If AI were able to understand human emotions like people do, should it be used in decision-making roles such as judges or therapists?

Currently not fully understand but I believe soon it will be able to understand human emotions based on historical study.

Even if AI could fully understand human emotions, I don’t think it should replace judges or therapists. These roles require not just logic or empathy, but also lived experience, moral judgment, and accountability—things AI can’t really have. At best, AI could support by offering insights or reducing bias, but final decisions should stay with humans.
