Even if AI could fully understand human emotions, I don’t think it should replace judges or therapists. These roles require not just logic or empathy, but also lived experience, moral judgment, and accountability—things AI can’t really have. At best, AI could support by offering insights or reducing bias, but final decisions should stay with humans.
