I purchased a dog tag in gold, engraved with GPS coordinates of a location very dear to me. The engraving work was excellent and the pendant itself is just beautiful. Bianca and the customer service staff bent over backward to answer all my questions. I was so pleased. Customer service was great! I selected 1-3 day shipping and received my order 2 days later despite the notice of possibly long processing times. They took note of my requests for the engraving and I love the way it turned out. My only complaint would be that I wasnt able to select the size of the font and I wouldve liked for the date to be the same size as the rest of the engraving. It would also be amazing if you could see what your message would look like in all of the different fonts!
