For instance: -- how many SMTP fails may you encounter weekly? -- how many "Error 404 - page not found" may you encounter weekly, due to traffic overload? -- how many roll-backs to previous versions of the site = update losses, may you encounter weekly, due to automatic restores of your site, caused by scheduled server maintainance procedures? It happens that I already used 5 hosting services so I know from my own experience what a hosting should provide in a certain range of prices, starting from FREE hosting up to $11/MO ...And so on, and so on... The price is fair, according to the [advertised!] offered features. But how does it work? What is the amount of traffic load it supports? Just a theoretical bandwidth, means noting. It's a figure on a [virtual] paper. How works the site at 200, 500, 1000 unique visitors/day? I had a bad surprise to have weekly crashes due to traffic. And it was around an average of 900 uniques. On a paid hosting, this is outrageous! It shouls go smooth up to at least 5000 uniques! So, what is important in a hosting review, is HOW IT WORKS. What they offer on the salespage, means simply spoken. "bla-bla-bla". Everybody can buy a reseller package and claim 99.99% uptime, bandwidth, storage, etc. But it is something different to obtain results at the level of your claims! The article looks like a common salespage. What is intertesting for me, is user's perspoective on a service, which is the only thing that really matters in a review, according to the dictionary definition of the term "review".
