In January, the students should shortlist at least 10-12 universities to apply to study in Singapore. You can visit university websites to become more acquainted with the application deadlines, requirements etc.

By the month of February, look for education loan options (if required) and also don't miss the scholarship programs offered by the government and the universities alike. Also, do not forget to look for accommodation options.

From the month of March onwards, students aspiring to study in Singapore must prepare for the various standardized tests like GMAT, TOEFL or IELTS - depending on the course and university and plan to appear for them in such a way that you have buffer time for a reappear.

Between April and June, make sure you don't miss any emails from the colleges. Reply them on time, appear for any personal/video interviews and once you receive an acceptance letter- Make your decision ASAP!

From June to July, look out for any external scholarships, student loans, and other necessary paperwork for your student visa. Keeping in mind the visa processing time, apply for your visa accordingly.
