Process to Download XAT 2016 Exam Call Letter

It is necessary to have an active internet connection as well as a computer system to download the exam call letter. Exam governing body shall not send admit card to any candidate’s residence. First step towards downloading admit card is to access the official website of the exam, as mentioned above. Next step is to login into the account by entering registration ID and password in the appropriate fields. After entering these details, candidate has to press the login button after which he would be redirected to his customized personal page. The link to download the admit card would now be present on the left side of the screen which must be clicked to save admit card to the computer system.

Importance of XAT 2016 Hall Ticket

Without admit card, no candidate would be allowed to take the exam. It is necessary to carry original admit card, a government approved photo ID proof and its photocopy to the exam venue. At the exam hall, invigilator would check all the credentials mentioned therein to authenticate a candidate. Typical details as mentioned on the admit card are – name of the candidate, photograph, signature, exam time, exam venue, and exam date. Even the attendance at the exam hall would be marked after cross examination of details is done.

Since admit card is an important ID proof, it is necessary to preserve it in the best of condition till the final admissions are made.
