IBSAT 2016 Exam Date - Check Here

IBSAT 2016 will be held by ICFAI Business School to offer admission to interested and eligible candidates in MBA PG program for session 2017-19. The exam, IBS Aptitude Test 2016, will be conducted from 16 December to 27 December 2016. Selection of the candidates on available seats will be done on the basis of merit. The campuses of ICFAI that are participating in the admission process are - Dehradun, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai, Jaipur, Pune, and Hyderabad. Application form of the exam will be issued on 1 July 2016 and it will be available till 9 December 2016. Before filling the form, candidates must ensure all the terms of eligibility criteria are met. The exam will have 125 questions that will be required to solve by the candidate in 2 hours. Sections from which the questions will be asked are – Data Adequacy, Quantitative Techniques, Analytical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Vocabulary and Reading Comprehension. Result of the exam will be declared on 6 January 2017.

IBSAT 2016 will be conducted by ICFAI Business School. It has released the schedule for IBS Aptitude Test for offering admission in MBA program for session 2017-19. The process of application form will begin on 1 July 2016 and interested candidates will be able to fill the same till 9 December 2016. The exam will be held between 16 December and 27 December 2016. The test is held for admission in various campuses of ICFAI located at Dehradun, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai, Jaipur, Pune, and Hyderabad. Selection for allotment will be based on merit only.

IBSAT 2016 Exam Pattern

• The exam will be held in online mode, across 100 test centers in India.
• Candidate has to mark answers using mouse and keyboard on computer.
• The exam will have 125 MCQs which must be solved within 2 hours.
• Subjects from which the questions will be asked are:

o   Data Adequacy

o   Quantitative Techniques

o   Analytical Reasoning

o   Data Interpretation

o   Vocabulary And Reading Comprehension

IBSAT 2016 Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have completed regular education of at least 15 years (10+2+3 or 10+2+4). The minimum aggregate percentage in the graduation must be 50%. English should have been medium of instruction throughout the education. Those with valid TOEFL/ NELTS/ ILETS can apply as well. The candidates in the final year of degree program can apply as well however admission of these candidates will be provisional and subject to producing documents of passing the degree. No age limit is applicable. Other channels through which a candidate can apply for admission in ICFAI are, CAT 2016, GMAT (score of 500 obtained after 2014), and NMAT by GMAC (60% or more percentile score).

IBSAT 2016 Application Form

There are two modes through which a candidate can apply for the examination, online and offline. Online form can be filled on the official website of the examination. In online IBSAT Application Form, remittance for fee can be done through internet banking, debit/ credit card, or DD. For filling the form in offline mode, candidate must purchase the form from any IBS campus or IBS marketing branch. The form must be filled and sent to the following address, if the candidate is unable to submit the same in person.
