Among all the four metropolitan cities, Bangalore seems to be the hub for IT in India. Ask any engineer or an MBA student, the place where they eventually want to land up is Bangalore, for its congregated potential towards the field of information technology.

It was just last month, that a huge conference was held at Bangalore. It included almost all the major IT companies, like, Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, Larsen and Toubro InfoTech etc. It was like a huge fest but in a formal way. With such a huge event happening in a city, the venues for this series of the conference were supposed to be properly equipped and well organized.

The perfect venues were obviously the top-rated conference halls in Bangalore. The ones which had all the facilities to carry out such an event. The chosen one didn’t just have one kind of conference room/hall. But it offered a great variety in it. The property was very well organized about the fact that a conference, especially like this one, could not be held in just one room. It had different kinds of conference rooms/halls to offer with different ranges of the capacity it can hold. One, which was The Blue Room, had the capacity of 100 people. It was the ideal room for a conference designed in a theatre style with brilliant AV system. The other one was The Board Room, it was magnificently designed in a comfortable way that opens out into a landscaped courtyard, with the seating arrangement of 20 guests. The other one that it had to offer was an open-air amphitheater. It was one of the best places to hold a meeting or a conference amidst the fresh air and it could accommodate 400 people. Moreover, it had its very own Conference hall, which was nice and sleek, that could accommodate 35 guests. It looked perfect for a conference. And the last one was The Activity Room. This one too was beautifully furnished with wooden panels and nicely stocked AV system.

The overall management of all the rooms and halls provided by the property to hold the conference was just beyond words. These are undoubtedly the best conference rooms in Bangalore. It was not only the available space that did wonders but the staff was the one that did magic. They have their very own efficient team of management that looks after all the big as well as the small requirements of the guests.
