Nowadays people seem to carry water everywhere they go. Water has become the second most taken drink after soft drinks.  Whether you want a healthier body, a younger skin or a brighter moisturized face, pure and clean water is the way to go.

Are you feeling thirsty today?  Scientific journals have written that by the time you get that thirsty feeling, your body is already dehydrated; therefore, your body needs to be re-hydrated.

Benefits of Drinking Water

Roughly 60% of your body is composed of water. This clearly means that when we feel dehydrated, our body performance is affected. Scientific research shows that nearly all our body system does not function normally without taking the proper amounts of water.  The following are the benefits of water in our body-:

Detoxification benefits- Water gets rid of toxins through urination and sweat, which minimizes the risk of urinary tract infections and kidney stones.

Relieves Fatigue and Increases Energy levels- Your brain is composed of mostly water, therefore, drinking it enables you to concentrate and focus.  Your energy is boosted as well and we can call that a bonus.

Enhances Weight Loss- Water is known for removing fat by products and making an individual feel fuller. This means that it reduces feelings of hunger and increases your metabolism. Remember that water has ZERO calories.

Water enables one to have a glowing skin- Plentiful and regular water intake improves the texture and color of our skin by aiding it to build new skin cells.  Water also regulates body temperature through sweating.

Waters boosts the Immune System- Someone who takes water often is less likely to feel sick compared to one who does not. It is important to take plenty of water as it fights cancer, flu as well as other ailments such as a heart attack.

Water Saves Money- Water is very accessible. Even buying water is cheaper than buying a bottle of high sugar juice.

It prevents pain. Water prevents joints and muscle pains. With water you can really go a long way without having to get your muscles dehydrated.

Water enables things to flow freely. Nobody wants to deal with indigestion problems. Therefore, taking enough water adds fluids to the colon which helps your secretion easy.

1.      Eat vegetables and raw fruits as they also contain water.

2.      Carry a water bottle everywhere as it reminds you to drink water

3.      Always take water as well as other fluids until you urinate frequently. The urine should be light in color.
