• After that, turn your Blu-ray player back on and try Netflix again

Method 4 – Check WI-Fi Signal

• Change the router place and it is advisable to keep the router on the top of a bookshelf or desk to receive a better signal than a router that is kept behind or under furniture

Method 5 – Restore Default Connection Settings

If you have changed the streaming device to use custom connection settings then, restore the default settings of your internet provider and try to use Netflix again.
