Why should you buy a used car instead of a brand new one

On the contrary, often people sell cars as good as new with barely any mileage in them, but at a lower price because they are not exactly brand new. The difference in price from a newer one to the one that is slightly used is very different, and you might be able to save a lot in this purchase. Plus, you should take into consideration that when you buy a used car and take it out of the agency it becomes a new car as well and it loses its original value. Therefore, if you try to resell it after a while to buy yourself a newer car, you will lose money on that sell given that no one will pay the original price of the car because it has been slightly used.
2. Buying cheaper instead of leasing
Nowadays, people prefer to lease cars instead of buying them, for the same reason that they know that they will eventually want to upgrade to a newer model. Often people don't realise that for the same period of time and the same amount that they lease a car for, they could afford to buy a used model. When you lease a car, you can be sure that you will lose that money and it will in some way go to waste. On the other hand, if you buy a used car and want to upgrade it for a newer model in the future, you are able to sell that one, and use the amount for your next purchase. For instance, if you are the type of person who will lease an expensive brand, you might want to look into buying that same used model in a great condition.
