1. Took Two Centuries in Construction
Construction of this Tower was grounded in August 1173. Only three stories of the structure were completed by the workers until 1178, which was already get tilt to the north. When the U.S. Army was ordered to demolish all the enemies buildings and structures in 1944, the soldiers can’t make themselves to destroy the beauty after totally spellbound with its uniqueness. Hence again its charm worked out and the army troops didn’t destroyed it.
