Which Dogs Are the Least Dangerous?

Some breeds, like the Pitbull or Doberman pinscher, were specifically bred for fighting or for protecting estates from robbers. While these dogs can still be gentle and safe, it takes an experienced trainer to render them so. 

With a surplus of energy, these big dogs sometimes hurt people without even meaning it. What might seem like a friendly hello from a dog can seem like an attack or bite to a terrified passerby. 

Avoid trouble by raising a family-friendly dog.
