When Consumer Can File Complaint Against Real Estate builders?

If you are facing following problems then you can file a case against builders in consumer court:

1. Poor quality development by the builder.

2. Not delivering a project or home on time.

3. You are not getting services as you paid for that. 

4. Overcharging of price from the booking time. 

5. The builder is not giving a complete document of property like power of attorney, receipts, and so on. 

6.  Not provide a separate water tank for you.

7. Not giving the receipt of money after booking.

8. Not provide a light connection

9. If you want to cancel your booking and want to return back your money but builder is refusing to return your money then you can file a case.

10. If not providing parking area within premises, etc.

Then, you can file a consumer case in consumer court. There are many consumer complaint forum online also helping consumers in resolving their complaints. 

  

You can also go through RERA to raise your issue against real estate builders or real estate company.
