Image We have one more exercise to go that'sme that plank with the rear leg raise or start up in three to one drop to that plank  legger time squeezeit up in a nice tight squeeze that glute muscle make sure you don't over rotate Synagen IQ you want to put too much pressure that lower back you just wanna bring it lay up as highas you can without letting those hips tilt bring it right back down and sort of theother side keep those lines open keepers have doneall muscles nice and tight remember keep those arms completelylocked out you won't have too little time to build a better that lol so thatby seven try super always constantly working to hold that position same thing withthat let you make sure the quarter set the frats I'm a hamstring the backthat's I seem nice and tight to hold that position we're almost done and let her relax goand stand back up this is our last two exercises or medoing a toe touch kick and a jumping jacks a regular jumpingjacks is going it starts at Toto's cake and arms can up over your head the youreach down towards that foot king and nice full extension downtowards that legs should feel love the stretch your hamstrings as well as a good crowd shows abdominalmuscles just keep that motion going nice fullstretch those.
