Played up just putting more stress in your body then you need to if
you're going to feel you’re a couple sets a workout that's plenty and I don't I
use the end most all my sets at the point where I know that my neck like my
base in my former life straw goal to get that Rep in my form is getting a

he'd stuff and you're going up to my teen says he wants to watch golf on GV I
and he likes soccer and stuff so yeah I le dice types are playing sports young
