Ways to Easily Fix the QuickBooks Error Code 6010

Method 1

• Reboot the database server manager of QuickBooks, and scan the company file again.

• Go to start and navigate to all programs, then open QuickBooks database server manager after launching the program.

• Choose the scan folder or click on the option that says add folder. You can also highlight the files and folder and start a scan.

• You will need to ensure that the company file gets displayed in the bottom box.

• After this open the file again and attempt to log in to your company file.

Method 2

• Open the company file folder, and find a file that has an extension of.QBW. Now, right-click on it and choose copy and then paste on desktop.

• Open QuickBooks to get directed to the open window of no company, holding the Ctrl key.

• Further, click on the option of restore or open an existing company, open the copied company file from the desktop.

Method 3

• Sign in as the admin. Open the task manager by pressing the shift + ctrl+ esc.

• Check the processes section for all the users by choosing the users tab. Highlight QuickBooks processes and choose the end task. Then in the multi-user mode, proceed with opening the company file.

Method 4

• Search for files with extension .nd and then open the files which have this error.

• Now. Rename the file by right-clicking on it, add old at the filename’s end for example company.ab.nd.old

Method 5

• Open QuickBooks, and from the application menu select file. Navigate to the utility option, and then choose the option of stop hosting multi-user access.

• Close and then re-launch QuickBooks. Go to program settings then disable internet monitor feature and reboot your system.
