UPSEE 2016 is the state engineering entrance examination of
Uttar Pradesh for offering admission in B.Tech UG program. The exam will be
conducted by Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) in pen and paper mode in
the 3rd week of April 2016. Admissions in participating institutes will be done
on the basis of merit. Read the following article for more information on the

UPSEE MBA 2016 Schedule
- Release of online and offline application form – 4th week of
February to 1st week of April 2016
- Receipt of online and offline confirmation page – 2nd week
of April 2016
- Exam date – 3rd week of April 2016
- Release of result and answer key – 3rd week of May 2016
- Counselling – 3rd week of June 2016 onwards
UPSEE MBA 2016 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must have passed from class XII or equivalent from
a state or central recognized board.
- He must have studied Physics and Math apart from any one of Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology.
- Minimum aggregate percentage required in the exam is 45%
(40% marks for SC/ST Category candidates).
- Those who are eligible for admission in B.Tech are eligible
for B.Tech. in Agriculture Engineering as well.
UPSEE MBA 2016 Application Form
UPSEE MBA 2016 Application Form will be issued in the 4th week of February
2016 and can be filled till the 1st week of April 2016. The form can be filled
in online mode as well as offline mode. To fill the form in offline mode,
candidates have to visit any designated helpdesk (Affiliated Institution of
U.P. Technical University, Lucknow). Online form can be filled on the official
website of the exam as well as EntranceCorner where direct link of the same
will be provided. In the form, only correct and complete information shall be
filled else it will be rejected in the screening process. The application fee
for General/OBC category is Rs.800, while it is Rs.400 for SC/ST/Female
category candidates. Payment can be made in online (net-banking, credit card,
debit card) or offline mode (challan, DD, cash)
UPSEE MBA 2016 Exam Pattern
- A total of 150 questions from class XI-XII syllabus will be
asked from the candidates.
- Subjects from which the questions will be asked are - Physics,
Chemistry and Mathematics.
- Each subject will have 50 questions and 200 marks thus total
marks in the exam are 600.
- For every correct answer, candidate will be given 4 marks.
No negative marking exists.
