UPSEE MBA 2016 Application Form - 24 February 2016
UPSEE MBA 2016 Application Form will be available to fill from 24 February 2016 on the official website of the exam governing body, UPTU (Uttar Pradesh Technical University). It can also be filled on EntranceCorner where direct link to apply online will be hosted so that candidates don’t have to search for the relevant link on the official website. The form will also be issued in offline mode to assist the candidates who don’t have access to computers. If anyone wishes to take admission in MBA postgraduate program from participating government/private colleges of the state, he should begin with filling the UPSEE MBA 2016 Application Form. Only correct, complete, and valid information should be filled in the application form else it will be rejected in the screening process. In such case, even the application fee will not be refunded. Modes of UPSEE MBA 2016 Application Form
Online: Online application form can be filled on the official website of the exam body and EntranceCorner. It requires entering all the asked details such as – name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, category, domicile, test center choices, educational qualification, mobile number, landline number, email ID, permanent address, and current address. Scanned images of signature and photograph must also be uploaded. These images shall adhere to the resolution, size, and format as specified in the official brochure. Once the UPSEE MBA 2016 Online Form is filled, its printout must be taken on an A4 sized sheet.
Offline: In offline mode, candidates can fill the application form on the helpdesk of the university. They can collect the application form and fill it in capital English letters with the help of a blue or black ball point pen. Form should be filled using a single color pen and in a neat handwriting. Scribbling, striking, and crossing/merging spaces should be avoided. One must read the brochure beforehand to avoid errors.
UPSEE MBA 2016 Application Fee
Fee in online or offline application mode can be paid in online mode only i.e. through credit card or debit card or net-banking. Fee is Rs.1000 (Rs.500 for SC/ST/PwD/Female candidates). Nominal service charge will be applied for online transaction. Once the form is filled and fee is paid, application form must be printed and sent to the following address: Uttar Pradesh Technical University, IET Campus, Sitapur Road, Lucknow- 226021, Uttar Pradesh. It is suggested to save a copy of the application form as well as payment receipt as proof of submission and future reference.
