I would like to share something with all of you hoping that you practice and follow it and if you benefit, share with others.

Hypnotherapy is psychic mind surgery and after almost a year of therapy and self hypnosis, I have cleared out a lot of debris and rubbish from within myself and I am now openly declaring that I have insight and understanding of much greater clarity and I can speak truths which were formerly hidden from me.

I saw something very strange yesterday during my meditation. A divine figure appeared and asked me to plant a tree in my plot and it will be the tree of Forgiveness and Gratitude. Forgiveness for all the negative thoughts that have been generated by anyone and about anyone but mostly forgiveness to self for falling into despair and anger and resentment. The other symbol of the tree will be Gratitude to the universe and all the souls who made a pact with each other to help other individual souls to learn some life lessons and expiate whatever karmas they needed to expiate.

I thought that was such a beautiful vision and it has moved me tremendously.

I was able to identify the divine figure as my Mausiji (my mother’s sister who left this world 5 years back. I had spent over 6 years of my formative life with her in her home for educational reason). I saw Mausiji exactly the way she looked when she reached out to me the day that my younger Mausiji passed away and there was so much maternal affection and compassion and love in her face and a tremendous wave of longing for forgiveness for herself also. I don't know why for the last few days I have been getting a very strong feeling that Mausiji's energy is seeking some kind of resolution with some members of her family. I know that once I acknowledged that Mausaji and Mausaji are my parents as much as my biological parents, I have established some kind of energy connection with them.

I read the other day that Tibetan masters give the highest priority to devotion to their own masters. They will live with and follow their masters for decades until they can transcend the master's physical form and see the Buddha in them. Only then do they feel that they are capable of teaching and discoursing with the same authority as their master. In this age of instant quick fixes we feel that a couple of months or years of study qualify us to become teachers. We have taken lifetimes to make a mess of our lives, and think that with a wave of the wand we are cleansed. I do meditation now every evening and every time I invoke the help of the universal energies to guide me in expiating my negativities and give me the clarity of vision and awareness to understand why I feel the way I do or react the way I do. Many times when I undergo therapy for myself with my teacher then the answers come very fast and acceptance becomes so much easier.

A lot of issues will come up for resolution, people will grow enormously in self awareness, or they will experience great physical discomfort and in some cases will even exit the earth depending on their ability to absorb the new energies, resist them, or succumb to the superior force of these emissions and accept their inability to cope with them.

The simplest thing one can do for their own good is to plant the tree of forgiveness. Look at this tree every day and remind yourself that this is the tree of forgiveness. Nurture this tree, water it, talk to it and in less than six months you will notice the tree growing bringing in peace, harmony and inner strength.
