To perform squats, place the hands on the waist and then bend the knees outward. Your back must be kept straight as you go down to the floor in a comfortable position. Inhale and exhale deeply as you raise your testicles through the contraction of the pelvic muscles. Hold this position for ten seconds or less. Relax and rest for another ten seconds.
