First, prepare the following ingredients: one-half cup of whole wheat flour, one tablespoon of organic brown sugar, one-half teaspoon of baking powder, three-fourth cup unsweetened almond milk, and half a teaspoon of vanilla.

To set up the kitchen, heat your non-stick pan over medium heat. Then put the whole wheat flour, sugar, and baking powder in a mixing bowl, then whisk it! Once the mixture has already been combined, add the unsweetened almond milk and vanilla, and whisk until it’s smooth.

After that, a one-fourth cup of the batter mixture will be poured into your heated skillet. Cook and wait until you see bubbles on the pancake mixture, this takes about a minute. Then, flip the pancake and cook it for 30-45 seconds.

Easy Cucumber-Avocado Toast


What’s more synonymous with a good breakfast than toast? Make yourself a luxurious, green vegan toast within five minutes by following these easy steps.

Here are the ingredients to prep, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 4 tablespoons of mashed avocado, teaspoon lemon juice, chopped basil leaves, and salt and pepper for flavor.

First, combine your mixed avocado with lemon juice, then spread the avocado mixture to your whole wheat bread. After that, arrange the cucumber slices on top of the avocado mash and then sprinkle the chopped basil leaves.

Lastly, for flavor, dash a little salt and pepper to your toast. That’s five minutes! Enjoy your zesty, nutritious, and flavorful vegan toast.

Five Ingredient Gluten-Free, Vegan Detox Smoothie
