Choose your bag

First of all, pick your bag in which you are going to keep your stuff to welcome your guests. Those quality cotton tote bags will really look pretty to present it to your guests. Boxes are just a no, no always choose a bag to stuff your goodies. Ensure that all goodie bags are ready for the arrival of your guests.

The entire itinerary

Facilitate your guests with the itinerary of all the programs of your wedding weekend, the photo shoots, the cocktail party, the wedding night and the DJ night. Almost everything needs to be mentioned along with the dates, venue, and timings. If you are offering transport facilities from hotel to the place of the functions then also specify the pickup schedules from the hotel.

Local sight seeing

Add an extra card to your cotton goodie bag that will list all the local sightseeing places and local markets. It will help your guests to take a sneak out in their free time to explore your city. If possible, arrange transport for them, so they don’t face problems. You can also give the number of a cab driver so that they can call for a taxi to take them to the local markets.

Chocolates and sweets

There cannot be a much better idea to welcome your guests with delicious delicacies, and when it is the wedding occasion, then sweets are a must. So add few chocolates and sweets to your goodie bag to welcome your guests sweetly.

Sippers

Welcome drinks are excellent to quench the thirst of your guests. So add some sippers to your goodie bag to welcome your guests with style. You can also add some tea and coffee sachets to make instant tea.

Snacks

Add few snacks such as biscuits, cookies, chips, etc. to your goodie bag so that your guests can enjoy it with a relishing cup of tea.
