Listening to songs that are about Trucks like the Ford F150 is about as American as you can get. Country music’s finest have been writing songs about pickup trucks for decades. Legends and newcomers are consistently keeping the proud tradition of truck songs alive. From Utah to Texas, truck songs have always been popular. The best songs are about various stories that take place outside or inside of a truck, whether the artist is alone or with that special someone.

‘Pickup Truck Song’

At the top of the list is Jerry Jeff Walker’s hit that’s properly named “Pickup Truck Song.” Walker’s song about pickup trucks may not have been a country radio hit, but it is a fun song about family, hard work and yes, pickup trucks.
