Affiliate marketing is all about selling products or services marketed by companies for a commission. Affiliates are such of those who make commissions by selling products or services.

Affiliate marketing is part of Internet marketing. The main difference between affiliate marketing and Internet marketing is that in Internet marketing you sell your own product or service and get the payment for the entire cost of the product where as in affiliate marketing you get a commission for selling a product owned by a company or an individual. You sell the product as an affiliate.

Affiliate marketing has been improving by the day. More and more companies have come forward to start their own affiliate programs thereby creating earning opportunities for their affiliates worldwide.
