Join the revolutionary Run for charity 30 day squat challenge to tone and strengthen your bottom and thighs in 30 days. It is fantastic to preparation for strong legs for your next charity run, 

You have taken the first step and signed up for a charity running event.  You have your charity running vest ironed and ready, you are full of fantastic fundraising ideas to smash your fundraising target. You may have signed up for a half marathon for charity or a marathon for charity, a 5k for charity or a 10k for charity, you migh have chosen one of the fantastic charity runs London has to offer – or travelling further afield. So now you have to prep those legs. 

Just print out the plan below, or save it to your phone or tablet, whatever you do - make sure you complete  the number of squats listed each day.
It might seem like a lot to build up to, but you'll be surprised by how quickly you can improve your strength - and trust us when we say - you will thank us on your charity running event day. 

How to squat

• Feet hip width apart, pointing slightly outwards
• Look up and bend down as you would if sitting on a seat
• Do not bend too far forward, make sure knees do not pass over the line where your toes sit. 
• Keep your back in a neutral position, do not arch your spine
