The prospect of stainless steel industry

China is already become a big country in the stainless steel industry, but not that powerful. In the process of becoming the powerful country instainless steel in the world, many building steel manufacturers decide that some stainless steel production base will be set up gradually to overseas. This action can avoid export risks of trade protectionism.

 

On the export side, the continued growth of demands in international market will continue to drive increased demand for exports of stainless steel， especially the demands for high quality hot rolled deformed bar. According to Macquarie,it was expected that in 2014, China stainless steel net exports would increase to 200 million tons and  more than roughly half of RKEF nickel pig iron plant will form an integrated stainless steel factory by 2014.

 

In 2014, the macro-control industry overcapacity would be further intensified. Central Economic Work Conference said thatthe important task in 2014 was to resolve domestic overcapacity and restruct the industrial organization. In this case, the constructors can buy alloy deformed bar to ensure the quality of the buildings.  In 2014, China's stainless steel industry focused more on capacity adjustments and was more strict on the control of new projects.
