Viscose fibers belong to regenerated cellulose fibers. It is based on natural cellulose as raw material, after alkaline, aging and sulfonated processes then becoming soluble cellulose sulfonate, and then dissolved in dilute lye to make viscose by wet spinning. These functional fiber products are made in different ways.Using different materials and spinning processes can respectively produce viscose fiber, high wet modulus viscose fiber and high strength viscose fiber.

 

Viscose fiber is one of the earliest chemical fiber put into industrial production. Due to moisture absorption, comfort, good spinnability, it is often applied to all kinds of clothing and decorative textiles with cotton, wool or various synthetic fibers. Just like high quality cool jade fiber, viscose is also a widely used chemical fiber. High tenacity viscose fiber can be used for tire cord, conveyor belts and other industrial supplies.
