The New Winter Style by Caroline Flack
She's about to go on tour with Strictly Come Dancing, but Caroline Flack made sure to drop by the Loose Women studios before she left.
The dancing champion brought her glitterball trophy with her to chat to hosts Ruth Langsford, Coleen Nolan, Jane Moore and Gloria Hunniford about her win and future dancing.
After her appearance Caroline changed back into a hip sailor-like outfit complete with Breton stripes, a blue trench and a beanie hat.

She completed the off-duty look with some faded blue skinny jeans and tennis shoes, while covering her eyes with some large brown frames.
Since returning from her winter break in Jamaica, Caroline has thrown herself back into training at the Strictly rehearsals with partner Pasha Kovalev
Thom Evans, Alison Hammond, Scott Mills, Simon Webbe and Mark Wright will also be on the tour, as well as Rachel Stevens who has stepped in to replace Frankie Bridge after announcing her pregnancy.

Caroline made an impressive contestant on the show, and no doubt her training at BodyWork Company Dance Studios in Cambridge gave her a good foundation to work with.
Flack lived in Cambridge between 1996 and 1999 while studying their musical theatre course, but according to the institute's principal other students might not be able to complete their courses.
Theresa Kerr said: 'It is a travesty to think that some of our students may have to terminate their training at Cambridge Performing Arts due to housing benefit being denied to them.
'Many students already work outside of college hours to assist with their fees and living costs and the impact of losing housing benefit is of great concern.'
