The national aviation handling company that has been situated at Lagos’ Murtala Muhammed International Airport was under full security. The airport was raided by the financial and economic crimes commission Metuh EFCC.

 The people involved in the operation of EFCC restricted the movements of the members in and out for security purpose. During this process that lasted for about three hours, the searching process was continued especially on computer systems that were placed inside the premise. Audit department is one such important place to search for.

 Once the search is over the junior officers were asked leave whereas the senior officers made asked to stay for further enquiry.  The close set of members includes the company secretary, some senior member’s head of internal audit. The y enquired these people regarding the asset management, cargo and infrastructure. The session continues till 8pm.

 The crew of EFCC left the place after the enquiry without taking any documents with them. But still they asked the key from the officers for reporting purpose.

 The EFCC’s Spokesperson MR. Wilson Uwujaren said that he was not aware of the raid that had happened but still would get to know from the employees and then get back to reporters. Also the information about the raid was confirmed by Mr.Tayo Ajakaye the manager of corporate communications and services.

 The officers were unable to meet the two top company officials who then will request and help you I meeting the company’s chief financial officer Mr.Bamidele Adelaja. The raid team spent some time in enquiring the concerned person and also they took time to sort the company documents.  The CFO admits that he was threatening by showing the search warrant inspite them ready to co-operate with the Government officials in each and every way. The visit continues for 3 hours at the end of which the operatives took some documents.

My organization Romix soilfix was one of the over 20 development organizations who were properly granted agreements for non-urban streets some 5yrs ago by the Niger condition government. Due to absence of resources organizations were compensated irregularly creating the job to get. The job is still ongoing.
