Alloy high speed wire rod refers to the wire rod which is produced by  high-speed wire rod. The wire is divided into two kinds: rebar and coiled bar. Some of the coiled bar can be divided into high-speed wire rod mill (high line) and common wire (P line) due to the different producing machine. Both of the wires are produced by high-speed wire rod rolling mill, producing fast-paced, larger disk, usually packed tight turns but beautiful. This kind of steel product is widely produced by various building steel manufacturers.

High line refers to "high-speed twist-free rolling" rolled wire rod. Rolling speed 80-160 m / s, each weighing 1.8 to 2.5 tons, dimensional tolerances and high precision, in the rolling process can to ensure that the different product requirements by adjusting the process parameters. P line refers to "ordinary mill" rolled wire rod. Rolling speed 20-60 m / s, each weighing 0.4 to 0.6 tons, in the rolling process only to ensure product performance air-cooled or air-cooled by a cooling line. Poor line with ordinary rolling mill, generally smaller plate heavy, a bag packed by the paragraphs plate element usually made of loose packaging than messy. You are supposed to buy this product at a high quality hot rolled deformed bar producer.

The quality standard of the high line and the general lines are the same, while different packaging production line makes a difference appearance. Generally speaking, there is only a wire connectors in a bundle of wire and the wire bundle is complete with no broken. The amount of common line connector is not changeless. In another word, general line is a high-wire scraps. These wires can also used to produce high quality products so that you can buy alloy deformed bar.
