The Ford F-150 Is Bringing Sexy Back
Ever since the Thirteenth generation of the Ford F-Series was revealed at the North American Auto Show, the innovative new truck has been grabbing headlines and awards from Utah to New York. Winner of the 2015 Urban Truck of the Year award because of its innovative aluminum alloy body and alluring array of new colors, there’s no doubt the Ford F150 is indeed, bringing sexy back.
The Mysterious New Color
There’s a new truck color on the block and its name is Guard. Guard is a very mysterious grey color that has proven to be a fan favorite. Polls have shown the new color to be a personal favorite among Utah car enthusiasts. Considered to be similar to charcoal, the moderate gray has a greenish tint in the sunlight that is very aesthetically pleasing.
Sexy Body
Nothing is more pristinely beautiful than a brand new car. No dents, new paint and super shiny, the look of a brand new truck is hard to compete with. The thirteenth generation of Ford F150s began its innovation with a new aluminum alloy body that is equal to military grade. This also makes the car around 700 pounds lighter. The only part of the body that isn’t aluminum is the high strength steel frame. Aluminum is not just the weak metal of soda cans, it can be designed to be stronger than steel and a third as dense. Aluminum also has properties that are resistant to dents and dings to keep that body in tip top shape.
Power is Sexy
The new 3.5L V6 engine that replaces the 3.7L V6 as the base is more powerful and efficient. It has a towing capacity of 10,000 lbs and 375 horsepower. The truck is perfect for off-roading, towing, or whatever else life can throw at you. Take advantage of the new powerful force that is the Ford F150.
