The Dynamix Group: Turning the tide with a slum rehabilitation project

Godrej
properties and Akshaya Sthapatya (ASPL) have entered into an agreement to
develop a 1.1 million square ft sea-view residential project at Worli, a prime
locality in South Mumbai. The Dynamix Group, one of the leading developers of
the country is also a part of the project. The company is a shareholder in
Aniline which along with Satellite Group is APSL’s shareholder.
The land
parcel forms a part of a slum rehabilitation project. The project is being
jointly constructed by Akshaya Sthapatya (ASPL). Spread over an area of 5
acres, it plans to rehabilitate around 1500 families that are currently living
in the slums of Mumbai.
The
project’s rehabilitation part is being executed by ASPL, through the realty
firms the Dynamix Group and Satellite. Meanwhile, Godrej is taking care of the
free-sale component. While Godrej Properties is handling the design and the master
layout, the marketing and branding is being done by all the companies involved
in the project.
The Dynamix
