The best strategy to Connect a DTV Converter Box to an Analog TV

Basic TV programming landed at an end in June 2009, so, all in all imparts were modernized. If you have a basic TV and need to watch current automated substance on it, you need a Digital TV Converter Box (DTV). These DTV boxes are commonly sensible and easy to find. Connecting them is a breeze with this 4-step process. You'll be going in a split second. 

1.) Step 1: Disconnect Coaxial Cable 

Go to the back your TV and unplug the coaxial connection that is related with the From Antenna port of the TV. 

On the back of the DTV box, you'll see two affiliations. Scan for the one that is set apart From Antenna. This is the one you need. 2.) Step 2: Connect Output From DTV Converter 

Another connector on the back of the DTV converter box is named To TV (RF) or Out to TV composite or tantamount. Take either a coaxial or a RCA composite connection (your choice) and partner it to the Out to TV connector. 

3.) Step 3: Connect DTV Converter Box to TV 

Look on the back of the TV. You'll see either a From Antenna or Video 1/AUX input or a port with relative verbiage. Take the coaxial connection from the DTV box or the RCA composite connections and fitting them into the relating ports here. 

4.)Step 4 - Configure DTV Converter to Decode Antenna Signals 

Fitting in both the TV and DTV converter box and turn them both on. Hold fast to the headings that went with the converter box and turn your TV to channel 3 or 4. Hold fast to the on-screen rules to plan the DTV converter box to interpret the recieving wire banners and benefit as much as possible from your programming.
