securely attached to the back of the base station & securely secured into
an outlet.
● You
should try to connect from other devices that are already connected to the
router. You need to use the Ethernet-connected device; you shouldn’t use the
wi-fi connected device. (You are allowed to turn off and on your device for
ensuring that your device is connecting using your Ethernet cable). You will
have to ensure that you are allowed to browse the internet from your device.
1- You are not allowed to browse the
internet from the device, so you should restore the router’s connection to the
internet.
2- you can continue troubleshooting if
you can browse the internet from your device.
● To
power cycle your base station you should un-plugged- the power adapter from the
outlet and wait 2 minutes, & again connect the power adapter to the
outlet.
● After
that, you need to check the router’s DHCP settings with the client list.
● In
case you are already able to connect your base station to the internet but this
time you can’t connect, verify your router’s security settings & firmware
for ensuring that no changes were done since the last time it successfully
connected.
● You
need to check and ensure that ports 443 & 80 are open in the router.
● Follow the factory reset on the base station.
