When representing your brand on APSense social media, you must be careful not to lose e-reputation but rather to gain it. For this, I offer you a list of 5 common sense rules.

 

 

1. Interact with everyone

Whatever type of comment you are entitled to, you must respond to it. Whether it is positive or negative, you should not delete it. Indeed, on the canvas everything can be seen very quickly, so if you delete an unpleasant comment it will prove right for the one who posted it and will damage your reputation more deeply. It is therefore your duty to respond in order to give an explanation to your community and to make your brand shine.

Likewise, do not ignore a comment! Behind every fan hides a person (client or not) who does not answer him or you may upset him. Give importance to your fans, after all it is thanks to them that your brand continues.

 

 

2. Find your identity

Your company defends its own values ​​and is aimed at a specific target. Therefore, you have to find out for yourself what interests your fans while staying true to your principles. So avoid copying content from other pages or profiles, you are probably not talking to the same people. Even if that were the case, you would bring no benefit to those who follow you. So find your own publications! For that, nothing prevents you from looking at what is being done around you, on the contrary, even to be inspired by it but appropriate the content, deepen your research and bring a complement, which will make the difference.

 

 

3. Know what you are talking about

When you share a post on APSense, make sure you have read it first. Do not disseminate information whose content you do not control!

You should be able to answer questions from your community on the topics you cover in your publications.

 

 

4. Adopt the right tone

Keep in mind that what you publish, on APSense, is done on behalf of your company and not your own person. Other ways you should another private social media -Adopt a tone that is both relaxed and professional: APSense is a business social media! Whatever the circumstances, always be respectful. Avoid putting words all in capital letters that MADE AGGRESSIVE.

 

 

5. Vary your publications

APSense Social media is a place where businesspersons (she & he) or fans want to have a good time working in serenity, and most of all do not want to feel harassed. So, space your publications and don't overdo it. Likewise, do not share the same publication too many times in the same day. We all do that! In addition, it is a mistake!

Finally, vary the type of publication, use photos, videos, quotes ... Try to enrich your content as much as possible, this will encourage people who follow you to react (comment, like, tweet, share ...) .
