Step 2: Select the file of the folder you want to archive.

Step 3: Choose the saving location on your local machine.

Step 4: Click on Finish tab.

Note: Archiving will not work for your contacts.

Move OST Files Using Drag and Drop Procedure:

Step 1: Create a new PST file in Outlook profile

Step 2: You will drag the folders of your choice and drop it in the newly created PST file.

Note: This procedure will not work for your default email folders
