Problems

There were a lot of problems faced during the initial development of my health record secure online summary which is launched by Commonwealth government of Australia. The problems are as follows:-

·         It is very important to ensure that if in the case of system failure all the health details of the people of Australia that stored in one place were kept safe. At the initial stage, the government had to think all the possible risk that occurred which might affect the data stored in the online system.

·         The problem that rose is that the online system should be the friendly interface. The interface should be easy to use so that the people of Australia can easily use it. If the people found the system complicated they didn’t use it so it should be friendly and very easy to use.

·         Public interest was the main point as the government launched the online secure summary but it was not marketed and people were not aware so the government wanted that each and every individual of Australia enrolled and registered in the online system.

·         As the health details of each and every individual is stored in my health record online summary so the security system may get hacked which affect the health and well-being of public of Australia. The system contained very confidential information about every individual so the security was expected to be the best.
