THE FLAVOR PROFILE

As part of this certification, our farm has pollinator-friendly plants, clean water, permanent habitat for nesting, and practices Integrated Pest Management—which helps reduce or eliminate the use of harmful chemicals. This ensures our farm will be a safe place for pollinators to live and thrive. This is important because pollinators are essential to our earth’s ecosystems and economy.
