Training Too Long & Too Often...

I used to workout 6 days a week for 2 to 3 hours at a time hoping that my muscles would grow much bigger and much faster...


But training this long and often had the exact opposite effect and actually caused me to get weaker and smaller!


Training too often will quickly lead to injury and overtraining, and when you are overtrained, you will lose muscle mass and strength.


You see, your muscles can only grow bigger if you feed them the correct food in the correct amounts and if you get enough rest and sleep.
