Water: Carry a water bottle with you. You must stay hydrated during summer, only then you can complete the summer trip you have planned for. Make frequent stops to hydrate yourself. Try to avoid hot beverages and consider taking tender coconut, fruit juices, and water.

Take rest: Make sure to stretch yourself when you make frequent stops. Remove that helmet, bag, and any extra jacket you are doing. Take a break from the sun and also the extra accessories for a bit and resume your ride.

Helmet: Take a full-face helmet, shift modular helmet, or off-road helmet during your trips. In case you have chosen a path off the road then go with an off- road helmet. Else, a full-face helmet or shift modular helmet will do wonders for your trips. Prefer helmets that are clear than tinted during summers.

Clothing: Shorts are meant as summer clothes. But that doesn’t work well when you are on your summer ride. Exposing your skin to the sun for a longer time will end up in redness or sun-tan. It is better if you prefer clothes that cover your hands and legs fully. You can change them after you reach the destination.

Sunscreen: Maybe you are not into beauty products, but having sunscreen during summer trips will help you. Apply it to your face and neck to prevent your skin from suntan. You can apply moisturizers to your legs and hands as well. Suntan will not look good on your summer trip photographs.

Check the weather earlier: Last but not the least, you need not start your trip at the hottest time of the day. Check the temperature before leaving your house. Take your two wheeler insurance with you as well.
