or product going to fulfil needs of customers which they have now a
time. Create a new product in such a way that customer can get
satisfaction and can fulfil their needs in a cost effective way and
can make their life and work more better. You have to be clear in
your point from the starting that what your product is going to do
for people to make improvisation in the quality of their life and
work more better.
2. Use rule of high quality at low rate :
Second rule for success in business is that product which
you provide have to be of good quality and with that at fair rate. If
product is in bet with any other product then be sure about its
uniqueness and people going to buy due to its unique feature. So
develop your product in such a way that contain such advanced
features that show it different and ahead than other products or
services.
This uniqueness is the centre factor that drive success in your business. If anyone’s product or service has nothing unique than competitor then product can never make that person be succeed. If you do business for the product that same as other and if you get such opportunity then the only difference is that it is yourself that make the sell than other.
Very safe business tactic is that make start with
such product that has only its command over market and over
customers’ mind but then your responsibility is to find such path
to improve that product. Make the product of high quality , or sell
it at low rate but with profit, or make delivery of product quick.
Instead of creation of new product or service, begin with such
product that people use it already but again make changes in a
product in such a way that it can attract people to buy.
3. Manage cash flow effectively : The third rule for business success is the management of cash flow and budget effectively. Firm that already have be successful make use of perfect accounting system. They start use of this system from the beginning of the business and keep record of each and every penny they spend.
Even the big international firms that get millions of dollars through the sell, used to take care for the expense. And continuously they searching for the ways that how they can control their expenses with a view to saving costs. They be more focused every time on management.
4. Observation of cash flow : Specially small businesses have to control their cash as a man who takes his last breathe would hold on a life preserver. Cash of business is same as blood in a body. All successful businessmen install financial control system and make observation everyday. They make each expense with so care. And they take more time in observation of cash flow. First they make detailed plan for their budget and then used to check budget daily, weekly or monthly.

spend money then it is just for earning money. There are major two
categories in business as profit and expense. If firm not get the

6. Provide best service with sell : One of the major rule for business success is the strong force in sales team. This needs positiveness on marketing that spread over entire organisation. Everyone has to think about selling and satisfaction of customers all time.
What is the goal of business? Some like to say that for the profit but this is wrong. The true goal of business is to get customer and to allow them to stay with own self by providing them the best service. For an organisation its profit is to get more & more customers and provide them service in such a way that customer can get product in cost effective way and be satisfied with the service. All strength has to be on getting customers and to get their stay forever.
7. Key to success is sale which depends on the efficiency of salesperson : Strategies to get success in business are simple. And the key with a product point of view is to sell , sell and sell. One of the most crucial skill you have to develop is to get such ability to sell yourself & product to your customers and to get success with that.
Actually the tactic is to develop such ability to sell and to be successful in your life. All businesses start with only person who has passion and who has ability to sell to others. He likes product that much that he wait to talk about product to other people and who willing to make new customers. But where there is no any sell expert, that firm and its products & services be fail.
