To share the printer

Open up the Printers and Faxes option. Hit the Start icon, click on the Control Panel, Printers and Other Hardware options and then tap the Printers and Faxes icon. Right-click on the printer which you wish to share and hot the Sharing button. On the Sharing tab, hit the “Share this printer” option and then type a share name for the specific shared printer.
