Some Quick Tricks to Boost Your Fertility

Though we never give much thought to our fertility until we are planning to get pregnant, it is extremely important to have your fertility tests done as soon as possible. Today’s fast paced lifestyle; unhealthy food, pollution etc. are having a very disastrous effect on the health and fertility of people. The main problems regarding fertility arise when we plan to have a baby but are unable to do so due to the various infertility problems.

 

So, how can we boost our fertility? We asked Dr Shivani Sachdev Gour, one of the top Infertility treatment and IVF treatment specialist in India. So, she gave us the following tips to boost our fertility:

 

·        Stay Stress Free: Though we don’t think about it too much and usually are stressed due to our jobs, personal problems etc. but stress is one of the main factors of increase in infertility. Stress directly affects our fertility and hence it is very important for us to lead a stress free live.

 ·        Embrace Healthy Food: a healthy diet is essential for you to remain healthy and avoid fertility issues. Eating unhealthy junk food is not only bad for your body; it is also bad for your fertility. Many products used to prepare junk foods are really harmful for your fertility. It is important to stop eating unhealthy foods and start eating a healthy diet rich in vitamins, fibers and good fat.

·        Stay Hydrated: Though water is underrated, despite being the reason of our survival, it is extremely important for us to stay hydrated. Considering the 70% of our bodies are made up of water, it is no wonder that drinking lots of water helps in avoidance and treatment of many diseases. Water is excellent for boosting your fertility so you must make sure to stay hydrated and drink as much water as possible.

 ·        Avoid Caffeine: Though most of the time we rely on caffeine to help us get through the hours, excess of caffeine is very bad for your fertility. Caffeine in excess prevents conception and creates problems during pregnancy. You might get a cup or two but any more than that is not a great idea.

 ·        Say No To Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking and Alcohol consumption are extremely unhealthy and the long time consumption of both often leads to sterility. Lots of infertility issues are usually encountered by people who are heavy drinkers or chain smokers. It is very important for your fertility to avoid these dangerous habits.

 ·        Say Hello To Exercise: A little bit of exercise daily helps your body stay in shape as well as boost your stamina and fertility as well.

 ·        Fertility Checkup: Make sure t go and have your fertility checkup once every year to make sure everything is alright and there is no problem. If there is any problem it will be great to find it out at the early stages where it can be treated properly.

 ·        Proper sleep: Getting a proper sleep is essential for your heath. As often told, body is a machine but it also needs rest else it will stop functioning altogether. Getting proper rest is ideal for the proper functioning of our brain as well as body. With proper sleep, our brains work properly and we stay happy thus getting proper amount of sleep also helps in boosting our fertility.
