Anger is a normal five-lettered word if under control and if not under control it becomes the most deadly one. Rage or wrath can burn people into ashes. Anger ruins our health as well as relationships with people surrounding us. Anger becomes a problem when we express it destructively. However, if we use the anger to find solutions constructively will not remain a problem.

·     If you show outward aggression by shouting, beating people, slamming  doors, very soon people will start avoiding you.

·      Even if you start showing inward aggression, like you start to hate your    own self, it will affect your mental and physical health.

·         If you do not speak to others, ignore people in a social gathering, and then  very soon you will get depressed.

Here are some ways in which you can manage your anger:

·     Think before you speak- It is effortless to say anything at the heated moment, but it should not be something for which you have to regret later. The tongue is the most deadly weapon one has.

·      Take a deep breath- Once you take a deep breath, you feel a sigh of relief. Keep on taking deep breaths until you feel your anger has reduced and you can now control it.

·        Counting- It is an age old method where you start counting numbers to suppress your anger.

·      Engage yourself in Craft work- According to research, if you indulge yourselves in craft work, then you can divert your mind quickly, and your rage will be in control and the fact you will find yourself quite normal. Start checking online videos and make flowers using colored tissue paper. You can also create several other crafts using your creative mind. ·     Do some physical exercise- Workout keeps away stress and helps us in    keeping our minds fresh.

·    Spend some time with nature- Nature contributes to keeping stress away indirectly keeping rage in control. Even if you are too angry on someone, just go out in some place where no one is there and shout your heart out. No one will judge you over there but only listen.

 ·    Spend some time with the kids- Kids always provide us with joy and pleasure. The natural sinless smiles on their faces give us satisfactory happiness to us.
