A multilayered diffusion bonded precision stainless steel woven mesh has several advantages such as good permeability, high strength, suitable for low and high pass filtration media, produced in the broad range of mesh specifications and separation ratings, plate sizes and shapes, the mesh is custom made for typical applications. The construction materials are stainless steel 304l, Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel and more.
The multi-layer precision filter mesh is produced by using the sintering procedure. Sintered filter mesh provides a supreme and mechanical strong structure, fabricated shapes without wide support structures or joining strips, reused as structure permits repeated cleaning, offering an affordable option, the hold media doesn’t fall thence providing abrasion resistance. the mesh is custom produced in the desired specifications of materials, strength, flow needs, thickness, strength, micron rating and conditions. The material type is based on atmospheric media and service temperature limits about 540oC with irregular service limits about 650oC or 1202oF. The mesh is commonly made from Inconel, Hastelloy and Monel alloys for applications in the severe conditions. The mesh materials are extremely resistant to a variety of chemicals.
Construction materials :
Stainless steel grade 304l, 316l, Inconel grades, Hastelloy alloys, Monel grades and FeCrAl types upon order.
