However, the article is based on Quickbooks Pro but you may follow the same steps for all Quickbooks versions. Open your QuickBooks and then click on Employees center.
- Once you selected this option, a next window will appear.
- Employee center just looks like a customer center and vendor center.    
    On this page you can view details related to Employees, on the right side you can have all the reports. You can see all the transactions at the bottom. Quickbooks Payroll Support notes window enables you to add notes if you have any particular information. You can set up a new customer with the help of this window. The personal information window allows you to
enter personal details of your employees such as Name and other basic details. You can enter information on the screen about the specific employee you are setting for. Next window is The address window where you can keep details of your employees address.
 The additional information window allows you to set additional details for an employee if you wish to set employees id or something.
   Payment screen actually starts with payroll. You can set up the date of your payroll on this screen Also, you may schedule payroll if you have a big organization. And you need to pay some employees on
the weekly and monthly basis, here you can set them all. Another significant information you can check on this screen is the direct deposit that you set up with your bank. Inspite of this, you can also set up taxes on this screen.
