To create a straight or a straight flush, you have to make five cards in a sequence belonging to the same suit. An example of straight is if you have 6,7,8,9, and 10 of spades, then you have made a straight flush.

Suits don’t matter

In most of the poker games, the suits don’t have a value. To make a sequence, you must get the sequence right in the highest cards, while you use any suit. If two or other players have the same rank, then you will have a tie. Then, the player with the highest straight card will win.

Poker online games uses a 52-card deck. The straight flush comes at the second spot. It is ahead of every other hand ranking but behind royal flush. It can beat all the ranks below it. There can be 40 possible straight flushes in poker.

In the Pre-flop, the probability of straight flush is 0.00139 per cent, where five cards are random.

In the Flop, the chances are 0.0012 per cent of a straight flush, if you have two suited cards.

In turn round, there are 4.25 per cent chances of straight flush if you have two suited cards from the Flop round.

In the river, there are 4.35 per cent chances of straight flush if you have two suited cards on the table.

Inference

A straight flush in poker is the top hand rankings; you can ever get. If you get that, you should consider yourself lucky.
