• After that, push the cover’s release key.

• Then launch the upper cover carefully.

• At first, you will need to hold the drum unit's green-colored handlebar. After hauling drum unit, go to the next step.

• After that, free the gray lock lever located on the left-hand segment of the printer. Haul up the drum unit from the printer with the aid of the green handles attached to the drum unit.
